If you order an item
from Marcel's Corvette Shop, and are not completely satisfied, you may return it
within 15 days of invoice date, in like new condition, in the original packaging for an
exchange; store credit or refund.
Before sending any product for return, you must contact Marcel's for a Return
Authorization Number ( RA#), Send the item shipping prepaid, COD
returns will not be accepted. Return shipping charges will be refunded
at regular UPS ground charges only if the return is due to an error by Marcel's.
Defective items will be replaced as per the product manufacturer's guarantee.
When shipping parts back to us, repack the items carefully to prevent damage during return shipping.
NOTE: All parts must be
returned in their original boxes.
If damages or losses
were caused in shipping, notify your local carrier's office immediately. Save
all packing material, including the box. The shipping company will inform
you of possible inspection and pick up of the damaged merchandise. They will
return it to us or notify us of the claim. Please call us with your invoice#,
name, and description of the type of damage.
NOTE:
Marcel's Corvette shop cannot be
held liable for 3rd party expenses beyond our control, including storage costs,
towing charges, installation charges, etc.
*Items which have been pre-installed, cut, or modified in anyway, will not be
accepted for return.
Special order items are non-returnable.
